Our policy<\/h2>\n
Please note the following conditions when booking Wirnica Manor:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n- A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.<\/span><\/li>\n
- All rates are per night and include exclusive use of the entire property.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Events, parties, or gatherings of any kind are not permitted under the standard leisure villa rental.<\/span><\/li>\n
- For weddings, events, or photoshoots, a dedicated venue hire must be requested in advance and approved by our team.<\/span><\/li>\n
- A security deposit is required for all events and photoshoots.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Bookings for events and photoshoots are confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival or event date.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out by 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/span><\/li>\n
- The property accommodates up to 14 overnight guests (5 suites). Additional visitors are not allowed without prior authorization.<\/span><\/li>\n
- All external suppliers, catering teams, and production crews must be approved in advance.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Smoking is not permitted indoors.<\/span><\/li>\n
- The pool is open from May to October, weather permitting.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Pets may be accepted upon request.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
